Patrick Shaun Simmons, 38, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020. He was born on May 21, 1982 in Hagerstown. Patrick was preceded in death by his wife, Jessica Simmons, his father, Kenneth Simmons Sr., and his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Martha Simmons of TX. He is survived by his children, Colin Patrick Simmons and Kya Butts, his mother, Cathy Simmons, his maternal grandparents, Charles and Helen Ganoe, his brothers, Kenneth Simmons Jr. and his wife, Denise, Christopher Simmons and his wife, Angie, and Mark Simmons and his partner, Mike, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his furbaby and friend, Bella. Services will be private, a memorial service may be held at a later date. We will meet you on the otherside.
