Patricia Ann McConnell, 74, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Meritus Medical Center. Born February 2, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Calvin Earl and Reva Belle (Shackleford) Parkinson. Patricia retired from Hamilton Pontiac, Cadillac, Nissan after 28 years. She was a member of Paramount Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Robert D. McConnell; two sons, Joseph B. Young, Jr. and wife, Connie, of Williamsport, MD, and Michael A. McConnell and wife, Sherri, of Shermansdale, PA; one sister, Beverly Ann Cramer and husband, Jerry of Inwood, WV; four grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Young, Emily Rose Young, and Katherine Grace Young, all of Williamsport, MD, and Tessa Kyllene McConnell of Shermansdale, PA; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12noon to 1pm Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
