PATRICIA ELIZABETH McCANN, 59, of Funkstown, MD, passed away Friday, February 12, 2016 at Meritus Medical Center. Born July 24, 1956, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late George N. and Viola V. Briscoe McCann. She was director of Frederick Manor Community Building for ten years. She retired from Lycher Inc. after twenty-five years of service. She was a member of Emmanual United Methodist Church. She is survived by two sons, Gary Frisby and Pablo Santiago and daughter in law, Jennifer Santiago; five sisters, Victoria Barnes, Lisa Young, Toni Dickson, Joyce Marion and Sandra Smith; one brother, James McCann; five grandchildren, Zachary Mesersmith, Jonathan Frisby, Haley Frisby, Tyler Frisby and Aaliyah Frisby; and several special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Joann Briscoe and a brother, Ronnie McCann. Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Emmanual U.M. Church, 806 Summit Avenue, Hagerstown. Rev. Randall Reid will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown.
