Patricia Ann Harbaugh, 90, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023. She was born on May 14, 1933 to the late Albert C. Charlton and Edna Sprecker Charlton.

Patricia was a member of Salem Reformed Church in Hagerstown, and the Garden Club of Hagerstown. She enjoyed shopping at the Valley Mall with her sisters, and especially enjoyed spoiling her cat, Peachy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren "Bud" Harbaugh Sr., her son, Warren "Buddy" Harbaugh Jr., and her siblings, Virginia Ebersole, Albert C. Charlton, Ruth E. Roane, Bertha I. Thomas, and Shirley JM Plotner.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Beth (Harbaugh) Forsyth and her husband, Jim, her grandson, Scott Harbaugh, her granddaughter, Krista Harbaugh and her fiancé, Cameron Saunders, and her great-grandchildren, Cheyenne and Allyssa Klappert.

Family and friends are welcomed for a memorial service on Friday, December 22, 2023 at 11:00am at Salem Reformed Church, 13182 Salem Church Road in Hagerstown.
