PATRICIA JUNE FRITZ, 69, of 34 Watkins Ferry Way, Martinsburg, West Virginia, died Saturday, September 16, 2006 at her home. Born May 19, 1937 in Paramount, California, she was the daughter of the late Bruce Jordan and Anna Robertson Peach Lance. She retired from Review & Herald Publishing Association. She was a member of the Williamsport Seventh- day Adventist Church, the Williamsport Seventh-day Adventist Women's Ministries and the Community Educational Organization(CEO). Pat was happiest when surrounded by her family, especially during Thanksgiving celebrations and annual vacations to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. She loved to play hymns on the piano. She had a clever wit and was always ready to laugh. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, a dedicated employee and a loyal friend. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Fritz, two daughters, Laurie Gauthier of Hagerstown, Maryland and Donna Bearden of Burlington, North Carolina; one son, John Fritz, of Elkridge, Maryland; one sister Helen Moor of Tehachapi, California; two brothers, Bruce Lance of Claremont, California and Harold Lance of Ukiah, California; six grandchildren, Kelli Gauthier of Collegedale, Tennessee, Brian Gauthier of Hagerstown, Maryland, Claire Bearden and Anna Bearden both of Burlington, North Carolina and Zoe Fritz and Lily Fritz both of Elkridge, Maryland. She was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Bergman. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2006 at the Williamsport Seventh Day Adventist Church, 16421 Lappans Road, Williamsport, Maryland. Pastor Franke Zollman will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing or visitation.
