Olive Marie Netz, 87, of Fairplay, MD, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025.

Born January 14, 1938 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Mason and Blanche Irene (McCauley) Byers.

She graduated from Hagerstown High School.

She is survived by her husband of 70 years, John Netz; daughter, Joyce Wolf; son, John Netz, Jr; grandchildren, Nichole, John, and Keith; 16 great grandchildren; and son-in-law, Douglas Lowe.

In addition to her parents, Olive was preceded in death by two daughters, Brenda Lowe and Marie Sales; son, Douglas Sales; granddaughter, Janey Wolf; and sister, Stella.

The viewing will be held from 6pm to 8pm, Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
