NORMAN BARNETT MELIUS, JR., 80, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Berkeley Medical Center. Born October 30, 1934 in Shippensburg, PA, he was the son of the late Pearl Mae Davis and Norman B. Melius, Sr. Norman was a retired automobile salesman. He was a member of the Elks Club 778 of Martinsburg, and the Moose Lodge of Charles Town. Norman was an avid orioles and wizards fan. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lois Melius; three sons, Timothy Melius of Martinsburg, Duane Melius of Charles Town, and Bradley Melius of Charles Town; one grandson, Benjamin Melius and wife Rachel of Colorado; one great-granddaughter, Monae Melius of Colorado; several aunts and uncles; a special cousin, Lou Murnighan; and special cat, Lucy. A graveside service will be held 11am, Friday, January 2, 2015 at Rest Haven Cemetery in Hagerstown, MD.
