NORMA JEAN MARTZ, 70, of Hagerstown, MD passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Meritus Medical Center near Hagerstown, MD. Born February 21, 1945 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Henry and Olive May Durbow Bryan, Sr. Norma worked as a cook in the restaurant business. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan E. Martz. Norma is survived by three daughters, Grace Shoop, Angelia Miller and Norma Jean Holmes; one son, John V. Miller, Jr.; ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She had three brothers, Oscar Bryan, Jr., Albert Bryan and Ronald Bryan. Services will be held 11:00am, Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E., Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. The Rev. R. William Wyand will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, November 6, 2015, from 7 9 pm at Minnich Funeral Home.
