Nick George Vindivich, Jr., 62, of Williamsport, MD, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023.  Born July 2, 1961, in Munich Germany, he was the son of the late Tomako (Nakamura) and Nick George Vindivich, Sr.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Brenda (Kreps) Vindivich; two daughters, Nichole Eberling, and Ashley Jaeger (husband, Gary); son, Nick Vindivich III (wife, Meagan); five grandchildren, Tora Eberling, Jade Eberling, Ivory Vindivich, Grady Jaeger, and Ever Vindivich; and his brother, Mark Vindivich.

In addition to his parents, Nick was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Vindivich.

Nick was president and owner of Stockwell Maintenance Systems, as well as Floor Shield. He was a member of Potomac Fish and Game Club and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm pm Friday, August 18, 2023, with Danny Sullivan officiating, at Airborne Church, 172 Creative Place, Martinsburg, WV.
