NANCY LEE SNYDER, 77, of 1021 Beechwood Drive, Hagerstown, Md. died on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at the Washington County Hospital. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed. Born October 15, 1931 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Laurella V. Biser Willingham. She graduated from Hagerstown High School in 1949. She had been employed as a secretary with Wright Gardner and was also a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, John W. Snyder, III, three sons, James E. Snyder and wife Frances, Robert B. Snyder and wife Elizabeth, and William F. Snyder and wife Tammy all of Hagerstown; a sister, Anna E. Willingham of Towson, Md.; six grandchildren, Kristin McDonough of Saratoga Springs, New York, Keri L. Snyder, Ashley D. Snyder, Kendra R. Snyder, William F. Snyder, Jr. and Courtney N. Snyder, all of Hagerstown. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Snyder. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a. m. at Rose Hill Cemetery. Pastor Harold Bjerga will officiate.
