Nancy Lee Elgin, 89, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Tranquility Nursing Home in Frederick.

Born September 6, 1936 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Mary (Carper) O'Brien.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Wayne Elgin.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Suzette Taylor, and twin granddaughters, Madelyn and Sage Rowland.

A graveside service will be held at 11am on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Rose Hill Cemetery, 600 S. Potomac St., Hagerstown, MD with Pastor Allen Robinson officiating..
