Obituary

NANCY LEE BEGGARLY, 66, of 103 Old National Pike, Funkstown, Maryland, died Saturday, September 22, 2007 at the Washington County Hospital. Born May 3, 1941 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Amanda Nave Henson. She was previously employed with E. J. Fennel Company. She was a member of the Red Men Williamsport Auxiliary. She is survived by her companion, Calvin Higgins; three daughters, Christina Schildt of South Mountain, PA, Debra Mong and Cheryl Tharp both of Waynesboro, PA; two step daughters, Kay Doyle and Shawn Hess both of Hagerstown, MD; two sisters, Mildred Slusher of Hagerstown, MD and Betty Forsythe of Maugansville, MD; two brothers, Frank Henson of Hagerstown, MD and Frederick Henson of Florida; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister, Anna Stains and one brother, Alfred Henson, Jr. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland. The Rev. Louis L. Emerick will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Williamsport, MD.
