MYRTLE VIRGINIA PECK, 71, of 39B Henson Boulevard, Falling Waters, West Virginia, died on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at her home. Born February 26, 1934 in Washington County, Maryland, she was the daughter of Rose Ellen Murray Peck of Big Pool, Maryland, and the late Howard Dunkin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jobe G. Peck in 1979. She is survived by three daughters, Carolyn Ausherman of Florida, Judith Prevatt of South Carolina, and Linda Godlove of Pennsylvania; five sons, Gary Peck of Clear Spring, Maryland, Jobe Peck of Hagerstown, Jeff Peck of West Virginia, and Rodney Peck of South Carolina, Gregory Peck of Hagerstown; three step-daughters, Shirley Richardson, Evelyn Stottlemyer, and Janet Stottlemyer, all of Hagerstown; two step-sons, Ronald Peck of Hagerstown and Robert Peck; five sisters, Rosie King, Evelyn Armstrong, and Anna Mae, all of Hagerstown, Irene Ray of Hancock, Maryland, and Violet Peck of Oldstown, Maryland; four brothers, David Peck, and Robert Peck, both of Clear Spring, Maryland, William Peck of Hancock, Maryland, and James Peck of Boonsboro, Maryland; twenty-eight grandchildren, thirty-six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Danny Peck, and one sister, June Cheeseman. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Saturday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Pastor Robert Stone will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 7 to 9 p. m.
