Michael L Horst Sr., 71, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019. He was born on December 31, 1947 to Jacob S Horst Sr. and the late Dorothy Long Horst. Michael served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was a member of VFW Post 1936 in Hagerstown. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jean Spangler. He is survived by his companion, Jacklyn Leigh and her son, Jaime, his father, Jacob S Horst Sr., his children, Michael T. Horst, Michelle Yeakle, Irvin Crawford, Pattie Keplinger, Dee Polito, Michael L Horst Jr., Tina StClair, and Jacob Horst, his sister, Jeanette Ebersole, his brother, Jacob S Horst Jr., eighteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Family and friends are welcomed for a Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 from 6:00pm - 7:00pm with a Memorial Service beginning at 7:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard in Hagerstown.
