Mary Gilbert Wagaman, 70, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020 at home. She was born on August 17, 1949 to the late Charles W. Gilbert and Catherine Palmer Gilbert. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her son, Charles Franklin Wagaman, and her sister, Heather A. Gilbert. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Charles Wagaman Jr., and their children, Amy and Allan. She is also survived by her sisters, Bonnie J. Wheeler and her husband, Keith, Evelyn P. Arillo, and Sandra L. Baker and her husband, Herbert, her brothers, Harold W. Gilbert and his wife, Harriet, and Charles T. Gilbert and his wife, Vickie, and many nieces and nephews.
