MARY HELEN SCHLOTTERBECK, 89, of 10831 Shanktown Road, Big Pool, Maryland, died on Monday, February 5, 2007 at the Washington County Hospital. Born May 17, 1917 in Washington County, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary E. Waldren Baker. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-four years, Richard Schlotterbeck on August 11, 1995. She was employed with Interwoven Hosiery. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, and a member of the Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is survived by one son, Terry R. Schlotterbeck, and wife, Carol, with whom she lived, in Big Pool, Maryland; one granddaughter, Tina Wallech, and one great-grandson, Jacob Wallech, both of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a. m. Friday at the St. Mary's Catholic Church. Rev. Kevin Mueller will be celebrant. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Boulevard on Thursday from 6 to 8 p. m.
