MARY ETTA ROWZEE, 61, of 1734 Edgewood Hill Circle, Hagerstown, Maryland, died Saturday, February 23, 2008 at her home Born September 27, 1946 in Anderson, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late John C. and Betty Lou Learner Hojaboon. She was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Army. She was employed with the Washington County Board of Education as a lunch aid for fifteen years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Raymond Rowzee; two daughter Dawn Continetti of Clarksburg, Maryland and Heather Gehr of Port Orchard, Washington; two sons, Bryan Rowzee of Glens Falls, New York and Kevin P. Rowzee of Hagerstown, Maryland; one brother, John C. Hojaboon, Jr. of Seattle, Washington; three grandchildren. Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints, 1253 Mt. Aetna Road, Hagerstown, Maryland. Bishop Jack B. Castle will officiate. Burial will be in Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery in Flintstone, Maryland. Graveside military honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post 13 of Cumberland, MD. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1037 Haven Road, Hagerstown, Maryland 21742.
