M. LOUISE MCKINNEY GARVER PERROTT, 91, of Hagerstown, MD. and formerly of Gamber, MD, died on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Julia Manor Nursing Home. Born August 22, 1918 in New Midway, MD., she was the daughter of the late Frank David and Pauline Marie Stover McKinney. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Oswald B. Garver on March 7, 1961 and her second husband, Robert Lee Perrott on May 15, 2003. She retired from Western Maryland Hospital in 1978, and had formerly worked at Rosewood State Hospital in Owings Mills, MD. She was a member of Meadow Branch Church of the Brethren in Westminster, MD. She was also a member of American Legion Post #42 Auxiliary and Amvets Post #10 Auxiliary and a Life member of D.A.V. #3 Auxiliary. She is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Elms and husband Richard of Parsons, West Virginia; four sons, Richard A. Garver of Chambersburg, PA., Donald Garver and wife Jessie of Hanover, Pa., Edward Garver and wife Dorothy of Westminster, MD. and Gary Garver and wife Carol of Taneytown, MD.; 7 grandchildren , several step grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren; three sisters, Kathryn Dodd of Westminster, MD., Elizabeth Graybeal of Hanover, Pa., and Vivian Wasson of Houston, Texas; two brothers, Raymond McKinney Manchester, Md. and Billy McKinney of Westminster, Md. She was preceded in death by one great granddaughter, Kylie I. Hartman, two sisters, Kitty McKinney and Anna Mae Richards and three brothers, Frank D. McKinney, Jr., Theodore McKinney and James McKinney. Funeral services will be Monday at 1p.m. at the Meadow Branch Church of the Brethren, 818 Old Taneytown Road, Westminster, Md. 21158 Pastor James Lucas will officiate. Burial will be in Meadow Branch Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Sunday from 2 to 5p.m. and one hour prior at the church.
