Mary Josephine "Jo" Agnes Norris, 83, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away at Unified Community Connections on Monday, July 9, 2018. Born September 30, 1934 in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late William and Vivian (Samuel) Norris. Mary Jos incredible spirit and infectious laugher touched the hearts of all who knew her throughout her life. She could tell her story without ever needing to speak a word. Run softly through the clouds sweet Jo Jo; no more need for your wheel chair. She is survived by two sisters, Billie Boyd of Waynesboro, PA, and Susan Nadeau of Myrtle Beach, SC; two brothers, William Norris, Jr. of Windsor Locks, CT, and Kenneth Norris of Greensboro, NC; four nieces; one nephew; four great nieces and six great nephews; and 1 great-great niece and three great-great nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11am on Saturday, September, 29, 2018, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
