Mary Ellen Dunahugh, 83, of Maugansville, MD, passed away on Saturday February 15, 2025, at Doey's House, in Hagerstown, MD.

She was born on February 03, 1942 to the late Esther Dunlap(Frank) and John Souders. Mary Ellen was an alumna of Hagerstown High School.

Mary's passion for art and craft-making was evident throughout her life, as she filled her home and the lives of others with her beautiful creations. She was a member of Way of the Cross Baptist Church in Clear Spring, MD.

She is survived by her children, Heather M. Kees (Larry) of Williampsort, MD, Nelson E. Dunahugh of Clear Spring MD, and Shane M. Dunahugh of Clear Spring MD; Sisters Barbara Karns (Rick) of Sebring, FL and Saundra Jones, Greencastle, PA; her seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved children Juanita Worrell, Ramona L. Shoemaker, John D. Worrell, and Burgess L. Worrell.

Graveside Services will be held at Rosehill Cemetery Hagerstown, MD 21740 for close family and friends on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 11:00AM. Pastor Shane Dunahugh will be officiating.
