Martin "Marty" Kelly, III, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away, Thursday, November 23, 2023, at his home.   Born December 3, 1955 in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Martin Kelly, Jr. and Bettie Jane (Jones) Kelly.

Marty worked at Shady Grove in PA in Electrical Maintenance.  He retired from the City Light Department with the City of Hagerstown where he worked as a Lineman II.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Teresa L. Kelly; one son, Martin Jason Kelly, IV; one daughter, Shawna Lynn Kovarcik; four grandsons, Kyle and Ryan Kovarcik, and Blake and Gage Kelly; one sister, Cheryle Higgins, husband Denny; niece Tracey; nephew, Chris Fox; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and son-in-law, Kevin Kovarcik.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Fox.

Funeral services were held privately at Minnich Funeral Home.  Burial was in St. Paul's Cemetery in Clear Spring, MD.
