Marsha Ann Landis, 64, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at George Washington Hospital in Washington D.C.

Born December 16, 1960, in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late Eldon Sherwood and Dorothy Arlene (Jay) Zinn.

She was previously employed at Bedford Hospital and the Dress Barn. She was a people person who never knew a stranger. She loved her Lord and Savior and attended Valley Assembly of God.

Marsha is survived by her husband, Kenneth H. Landis; three brothers, Lawrence J. Zinn (wife, Patricia), Tim Zinn (wife, Carrie), and Barry Zinn (wife, Melissa); nieces and nephews, Ashley Hinman, Zach Zinn, Derek Zinn, Jadin Zinn, Myranda Zinn, Kayla Fluke, Elizabeth Lynch, Marissa Zinn, Adam Zinn and Crystal Zinn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Melissa Jane Shaw; brother, Jeff Zinn; and two infant brothers.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Valley Assembly of God, 17544 York Road, Hagerstown, MD. The family will receive friends two hours before the service from 9am to 11am.

Burial will be at 3:00pm in Pine Grove Cemetery, Pine Ridge Road, Clearville, PA.
