Marlene June Feltner, 72, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away peacefully with her daughter and sister by her side and into the arms of her Lord on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Somerford House. Born August 28, 1952, in Washington County, MD, she was the daughter of the late Pierce Leslie Alexander, Sr. and Juanita June (Turner) Alexander.
Marlene was a 1970 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. She went on to graduate from Hagerstown Business College. She retired from the State of Maryland Office of Child Care after 28 years of employment.
She was a member of The Good Shepherd Ministries and Hearts of Love. At Summerland Manor she enjoyed playing bingo on Mondays with a group of close friends.
Marlene is survived by her daughter, Julie Finch and husband, Jared, and their children, Madison (Tony), Ethan, Connor, and Kaitlyn Finch; her son, John Feltner (Krysten), and his children, Nathan, Derek, and Liam Feltner; her twin sister, Darlene (Sissy) Toms and husband, Greg; her brother, Pierce Alexander, Jr.; her sister-in-law, Sandy Alexander; and bonus granddaughter, Aspen.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond David Feltner, Jr., and her brother, Ronald Alexander.
The funeral will be held at 1:30pm on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Kenneth Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 3-6pm.

The family would like to send a special thanks to Phoebe, Carlyn, Dot, Cathy, and Vicki and to the Somerford staff, Niki, Dawn and Scooter, for taking care of and loving her in her final days.
