MARGARET MAE (PEG) JACOBS, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Michaux Manor in Fayetteville, PA. Born May 5, 1924 in Sharpsburg, MD, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Beulah Cox Waltrick. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Eugene Jacobs in 1992. She was a member of Hollowell Brethren in Christ in Waynesboro, PA. Peg is survived by two sons, William E. (Bill) Shilling of Waynesboro, PA and Michael T. Shilling of Reading, PA, one daughter, Lisa R. Reigh of McConnellsburg, PA;. one sister, Netti Lou Cribb of Jacksonville, FL; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded by a sister, Violet Gibbons and two brothers, Robert Waltrick and Charles Waltrick. Funeral services will be held Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. The Rev. Blaine Lougheed will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior.
