Margaret "Sissy" Catherine Guessford, 70, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2020. She was born on December 22, 1949 to the late Joseph L. Ford and Imogene Hovis Norris. Sissy will be remembered for having a love for animals, especially her furbabies, helping others, and caring for her family and friends. She is survived by her brothers, Robert Ford and his wife, Jeannie, and Marshall Norris and his wife, Ruth, her best friend, James Jardinier and his family, her nieces and nephews, Rob, Chantel, Nicole, Kaitlyn, and Rebecca, and many great-nieces, great-nephews, and her cousins, Kendra and Dwight. Family and friends are welcomed for a visitation on Thursday, January 23, 2020 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard in Hagerstown. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park in Hagerstown.
