MARGARET A. BITTINGER, 88, of Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at her home. Born March 3, 1920 in Bedford, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Mark and Emily Alburtos Seifert. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Charles Bittinger on July 23, 1976. She is survived by one son, Bob E. Bittinger of Missoula, Montana; two brothers Bud Seifert of California, and Tom Seifert of Florida; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. An informal gathering will be held at her residence on Saturday from 2 to 4 p. m. There will be no viewing. Arrangements by Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard.
