Madeline "Louise" Cline passed away at Williamsport Nursing Home on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at the age of 83. Preceded by her father, Merle Norman Brown; mother, Mildred Elsie (Bussard) Houser; and brother, Edward Norman Brown, Sr. Survived by husband of 66 years in marriage, Richard Dale Cline Sr., 84. They were married in Fairfax County, VA on November 18, 1952. Louise is lovingly remembered by daughter, Debra Hardin and husband, Jimmy of Hagerstown; son, Richard "Rick" Dale Cline Jr. and wife, Cathy of Falling Waters, WV; son Shawn Cline and wife, Judy of Williamsport, MD; seven grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Louise was born in Washington County in 1936. She retired from Tandy Distribution as Accounts Receivable and with a heart of gold, Louise created great memories for all. She enjoyed being a member of TOPS 0077 of Hagerstown, and former member of Red Feather Council 59 Degree of Pocahontas in Williamsport, MD. The visitation will be held at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD, on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 7 to 9pm. The Funeral Service will be at 11am on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Minnich Funeral Home with Rev Betty D. Jones and Pastor Mary Ricketts officiating. The burial will be in Garfield United Methodist Church Cemetery in Smithsburg, MD.
