Lorraine Belle Knight, 72, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025, at her home.

Born February 20, 1953 in Watertown, NY, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Mary Phelps.

She is survived by one son, Jeffrey-Scott Forney; four grandchildren, Bray Obitts, Brett Obitts,

Gabriele Scott Thomas, and Page Clopper; niece, Kim Rose Donohue and family; nephew,

Tyler Rose and family; niece, Patricia Crowder and family; and niece, Suzanne Raible and family.
