Lorraine Izella Golden, 78, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Doey's House.

Born October 27, 1947, in Hancock, MD, she was the daughter of the late Alvie and Marie (Troxell) Powell.

Lorraine is survived by her husband, David E. Golden; two sons, David William Golden (Wendy) of Smithsburg, MD, and Wesley Allen Golden (Sheri) of Hanover, PA; one brother, Terry Powell of Winchester, VA; one sister, Cindy Reed of Pinehurst, NC; and five grandchildren, Taylor, Gabriella, Hunter, Mia and Evan.

A viewing will be held at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 6:00-8:00pm.

The funeral will be held at 11am on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. Rev. Randy Reid will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
