Lisa Anne Foltz, 58, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021. She was born on June 21, 1963 to the late Joseph Bussard and Susan Mills Bussard. Lisa enjoyed politics and stood strong on her beliefs. She had a green thumb and a passion for growing flowers, particularly her lilies. However, most of all, she loved caring for her grandbabies and her furbabies. She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Lynn Foltz, her daughter, Jennifer Anne Eby and her husband, Curtis, her son, Scott Charles Keeney and his wife, Melissa, her stepdaughter, Chelsea Marie Foltz and her fiancé, Terrance Williams, her grandchildren, Morgan, Wyatt, and Vanessa, her sisters, Ruth Stitley, Betty Jones and her husband, Davey, and Susan Evans, and her brother, Joseph Bussard II and his wife, Francoise. Family and friends are welcomed for a visitation on Sunday, December 26, 2021 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard in Hagerstown. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Pastor Chad Carter will officiate. Interment will take place at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park in Hagerstown.
