Linda JoAnn Kunkleman, 77, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022, at Meritus Medical Center. Born July 30, 1944, in Big Pool, MD, she was the daughter of the late Dale L. and Fannie J. (Shives) Murray. She worked at Heritage Academy, Kohls, Washington County Hospital, and F & M Bank. She was a member of Paramount Baptist Church and formerly of Grace Brethren Church. Linda is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charles L. Kunkleman; two daughters, Lori Gibney and Leta Long (husband, Michael); one son, Paul Kunkleman; 10 grandchildren, David Gibney, Joshua Gibney, Emily Gibney, Caleb Gibney, Carrie Gibney, Rachel Jesiolkiewic (husband, Casey), Lindsay Baer (husband, Cory), Nathaniel Long, Taylor Munn (husband, Jacob), and Jonathan Kunkleman; three great grandchildren, Marcus Baer, Addie Baer, and Eli Thomas Jesiolkiewic; two sisters, Deborah Osborne and Leysa Burnett (husband, Bob); two brothers, Denver Murray and Galen Murray (wife, Cindy); and sister-in-law, Linda Murray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Craig Murray. The funeral service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Frank H. Duncan will officiate. Burial will be in Park Head Cemetery in Big Pool, MD. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, two hours prior to the service, from 11am to 1pm.
