LINDA LUCILLE KERSHNER, 66, of Funkstown, MD, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at her home. Born December 1, 1948, in Manchester, NH, she was the daughter of Lucille D. Vachon Pepek of Manchester, NH, and the late Frederick S. Pepek. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Funkstown. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, James L. Kershner; one son, James F. Kershner and wife, Michele of Hagerstown; one brother, Frederick S. Pepek II and wife, Martha L.; two grandchildren, Molly J. Kershner and James F. Kershner II; one nephew, Joseph M. Pepek of Hooksett, NH; and cousins, Karen Pepek of Manchester, NH, and Jane Hammond of Crete, IL. Service will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Ron Reaves will officiate. Burial will be at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
