LINDA KAY FEARNOW, 72, of Greencastle, PA passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Meritus Medical Center. Born June 20, 1946 in Finley, OH, Linda was the daughter of the late Twive and Helen Lippincott Bishop. Linda was a 1962 graduate of Arlington High School in Arlington Ohio, a 1966 graduate of Bowling Green University in Ohio with a degree in Elementary Education. She was an elementary school teacher in Washington County and Garrett County for over 25 years. Linda was a member of St. Marks Catholic Church in Greencastle, PA. She was also a member of the Washington County Retired Teachers Association. Linda grew up on a farm where she learned to appreciate nature and a pretty day. She loved to go to the ocean. Teaching was her passion and she enjoyed gardening and bird watching. Linda is survived by her husband of 51 years, C. Dennis Fearnow and two sons, Steven J. Fearnow and Brian J. Fearnow both of Hagerstown, MD. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Hastings. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, 11 am at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Kyle Sahd will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm., Monday, June 2, 2018 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to John R.
