LINDA ANN DIXON, 58, of 5135 Porterstown Road, Keedysville, Maryland, died on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the Gilchrist Center in Towson, Maryland. Born October 8, 1952 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of Christina Catherine Stevenson Harris of Smithsburg, Maryland, and the late Robert Marcus Harris. She was previously employed by Keslar Enterprises. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Greg Dixon, Sr.; one daughter, Kristin Short of Boonsboro, Maryland; one stepson, Greg Dixon, Jr. of Hagerstown; two sisters, Susan Harris of Hagerstown, and Debra Thompson of Hancock, Maryland; two brothers, Larry Harris of Smithsburg, Maryland, and Garry Harris of Tilghmanton, Maryland; and four grandchildren, Karsyn Burker, Jamie Burker, Ariel Dixon, and Dylan Dixon. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p. m. Monday at Salem United Methodist Church, 25 South Main Street, Keedysville, Maryland. The Rev. Darrell L. Layman will officiate. Family will receive friends at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown on Sunday from 7 to 9 p. m., and one hour prior to the service at the church.
