Linda Ann Bowman, 77, of Clear Spring, Md, went home to be with the Lord and passed peacefully on Monday, March 4, 2024. She was born on November 24, 1946 to the late Mason Woodrow Waters and Margaret Louise Cline Waters of Cavetown, Md.

She graduated from Smithsburg High School and attended Hagerstown Business College. Linda was employed at Doubleday in Smithsburg, Md. and Offray Ribbon in Hagerstown Md. in their accounting departments.

She is survived by her loving son, Robert W. Bowman II, his wife, Amy and daughter, Ella.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Bowman and her brother, Mason W. Waters Jr.

She loved buying and selling antiques and other treasures and would often be seen at local estate auctions. She made lots of friends dealing with antiques and the Antique Crossroads and their staff always had a special place in her heart. Linda will be remembered as a loving mother and a blessing to all who knew her.

Per her wishes, interment will be at the convenience of the family.
