It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lillian Constance "Connie" Moore, who peacefully left us at the age of 93 on Sunday, February 16, 2025. Connie was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Connie was born October 3, 1931, in Hagerstown, MD. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles W. Snook Sr. and Louella (Strike) Snook. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Samuel Richard "Matey" Moore, as well as her siblings, Charles W. (Pete) Snook Jr. and Gwendolyn A. Snook.

She is survived by her three devoted daughters, Deborah Whaley (Dan), Colleen Garringer (Ted), and Jodi Tyler (Tom). Connie leaves behind an ever-growing legacy of seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply.

She retired from the Stationary House.

A lover of music, Connie had a special fondness for singing Carly Simon songs, bringing joy to all who heard her. She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, strength, and the love she gave to her family. Connie's greatest joy came from spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her memory will forever be etched in their hearts. Her love and light will continue to shine through her family.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
