LETHI KIM MILLBURN, 69, of Hagerstown, Md., died Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Meritus Medical Center. Born November 12, 1941 in South Vietnam, she was the daughter of the late Le Van Choi and Nguyen Thi Giau. She was of the Buddhist faith. She retired from Banks Brothers Corp. She was a member of the American Legion, Funkstown Post #211 Dixon Troxell Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Cleveland A. Millburn; two sons, Robert Lee Millburn and wife Renee of Hagerstown, and Levan Q. Millburn and wife Oanh of San Diego, Ca.; a brother in South Vietnam; a nephew and wife, Nguyen Van Luom and 9 grand nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Priest Bao Thanh will officiate. She will be cremated following the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
