Leona M. "Chubby" (Stover) Smith, 94, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away December 15, 2024.

Born October 29, 1930 in Waynesboro, PA, she was the daughter of the late Clara Amanda (Rowe) Stover.

She is survived by one son, Michael Smith; grandchildren, Stacey Shoemaker & husband, Kenny, Kelly (Smith) Stottlemyer, Davina (Divelbiss) Duffey, Kyle Smith & Andy Smith; great grandchildren, Cody Shoemaker, Courtney Duffey, Ryan, Zackery, Sean & Sara Stottlemyer & Caleb Smith; great-great grandchildren, Payton Shoemaker, Scarlett, Astrid, Amara, and Maddxx Stottlemyer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R Smith Sr.; son Charles R "Tody" Smith Jr., daughter, Arlene "Kathy" Smith; infant son, Roy Thomas Smith; an infant great-great granddaughter, Ripleigh Rea Ann Stottlemyer; siblings, Roy Stover, Thelma Stover, Doris Stover, James Stover, Erma "Sissy" (Stover) Fermus, Frances "Bobbie" (Stull) Henry and Edith "Tot" (Stull) Cross.

Per her final wishes there will be no service.
