LAWRENCE EDWARD (LARRY) REYNOLDS, JR., 65, of 16621 Buford Drive, Williamsport, Maryland, died on Saturday, December 30, 2006 at his home. Born October 6, 1941 in Painesville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Lawrence E. Reynolds, Sr. and Marian Bixler Reynolds. He was a jockey and trainer with Charles Town Race Track. He was a member of the Goodwill Athletic Club. He is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Diane L. Reynolds; three daughters, Denise Freitag of Fort Myers, Florida, Anita Myers of Williamsport, Maryland, and Laurie Barber of Charles Town, West Virginia; one son, Larry Reynolds of Charles Town, West Virginia; three sisters, Marcia Napier of Florida, Marge Havard of Alabama, and MaryJane Reynolds of Arizona; and eleven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p. m. Thursday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Rev. Loyal H. Vanderveer will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p. m. Family requests omission of flowers.
