Laura Sue Brandenburg, 56, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2023.

Born September 9, 1967 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Dorothy Ellen (Purdham) Heil and the late Larry Stewart Heil, Sr.

She was employed with Washington County Hospital and then at Meritus Medical Center. She loved her shoes, telling how things were, and most of all, she loved her grandchildren.

Laura is survived by her husband, Jack Brandenburg; two sons, Travis Kline (wife, Mandy) and Dalton Kline (wife, Kayla); two grandchildren, Waylon Kline and Alison Kline; one step grandchild, Vincent; two brothers, Larry Heil, Jr. (wife, Alicia) and Chris Heil (wife, Hannah); two nieces, Ashley McKee and Alyssa Heil; and one nephew, Brantley Heil.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
