LARRY LEO PAULSGROVE, 70, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at Meritus Medical Center. Born September 13, 1946 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Morris and Dorothy (Coyle) Paulsgrove. Larry was a 1964 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. He worked at Danzer Sheet Metal from 1966 -2006. Larry worked as a Security Guard for Volvo for several years. He served in the National Guard for twenty-five years obtaining the rank of Sergeant. Larry was a member of the Funkstown Legion Post 211. Larry is survived by two sons, Larry "Chris" Paulsgrove and partner, Sean Scott, Chambersburg, PA and Brian K. Paulsgrove and girlfriend, Sherry Shclotterbeck, Williamsport, MD; a daughter, Tammy D. Reese and husband Duane, Hagerstown, MD; two grandsons, Joshua and Kenneth Reese, Hagerstown, MD; two sisters, Sandy Sammons, Berkeley Springs, WV and Carol Ann Pepple, Smithsburg, MD, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Harriet "Dink" Paulsgrove on September 14, 2000. Services will be held at 11am, Friday, December 2, 2016 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. The Rev. Bill Divelbiss will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Graveside military honors will be provided by Joint Veterans Council and Marine Corp. League of Hagerstown. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8pm on Thursday, December 1, 2016. A special thank you to Pat "Sis" Downin.
