Larry Kenneth Moats Sr., 76, of Euharlee, GA, and formerly of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Friday, December 15, 2023, at the Advent Health Hospital in Rome, GA.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Jane Moats, and his parents, Raymond and Virla (Smith) Moats.

He served in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He formerly worked at Fairchild then drove tactor trailers till retirement.

Larry is survived by his daughter, Lisa Aring and husband Donald and son, Larry Moats Jr.; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his sisters and brothers.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00am Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Broadfording Cemetery, 13523 Broadfording Church Rd., Hagerstown.
