Larry Lee Milburn, 79, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away, Friday evening, August 29, 2025, at his home.

Born January 1, 1946, in Loudoun County, VA, he was the son of the late Claude Saunder and Pauline (Rinker) Milburn.

Larry was a veteran, having served in the U. S. Navy. He spent 29 years with Eastalco, was formerly employed by the City of Frederick and Apple Valley Car Dealership in Martinsburg, WV. He loved going on Disney vacations with family.

Larry loved cars all his life and attended Independent Bible Church in Martinsburg, WV.

He is survived by his wife, Diana Mae (Harley) Milburn; three daughters, Tammy Fortenberry, and husband, Tom, Susie Neel, and husband, Chuck and Terry Knill, and husband, Bill; four grandchildren, a loving granddaughter, Kyle Knill, Gregory Fortenberry and wife, Ruby, and Michael Fortenberry; one great grandson, Elijah Fortenberry; and nieces and nephews.

Larry was preceded by two brothers, James and Gary Milburn.

A Memorial Service will be held 11am Friday, September 12, 2025, at Independent Bible Church, 2306 Hedgesville Rd., Martinsburg, WV 25403. Rev. Phillip Macdonald will officiate.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

The family welcomes floral tributes; memorial donations may also be made to Independent Bible Church in honor of Larry.
