Kimberly Ann Keefer, 41, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Monday, October 28, 2019, at home. Born April 24, 1978 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of Diane (Lushbaugh) Roberts and the late Earl Keefer. Kimberly attended Williamsport High School. She worked at Frederick County Animal Control and Adoption Center and Broadmore Assisted Living. An animal lover at heart, she fostered many dogs through the animal shelter. She leaves behind her dogs Cash, Thunder, Tyson, Gizmo, Petey, Chico, Dallas Curtis, Crowley, Lita, Leia, Pricilla, and many other pets. In addition to her mother, Kimberly is survived by her fianc, Ruth Mills, of 20 years; sister, Barbara Roberts; brother, Skylar Miller; granddaughter, Haley Holtzman (Chambersburg); niece and nephew, Alyssa and Blake Baugher; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to her father, Kimberly was preceded in death by her stepfather, Harold Roberts; son, Curtis Holtzman; sister, Stacey Hardy; and brother Ronald Hardy. A viewing will be held at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD, on Saturday, November 2, 2019, from 5 to 7pm.
