Kimberly Ann Harbaugh, 58, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Thursday morning, December 25, 2025, at Meritus Medical Center, surrounded by love.  Born June 6, 1967, in Washington County, MD, Kimberly was the beloved daughter of Betty Virginia (Drury) Hawbaker.

She was a 1985 graduate of South Hagerstown High School and dedicated 26 years of her life working at Action Products, where she was known for her reliability and strong work ethic.

Kimberly was a truly creative soul. She had a deep love for art and crafts and found joy in expressing herself through painting, junk journals, and diamond art. Her creativity was a reflection of who she was—thoughtful, patient, and full of quiet beauty. Those who knew Kimberly will remember her gentle heart, her artistic talent, the love she had for her family, and that she was a big Harry Potter fan.

In addition to her mother, Kimberly is survived by her companion, Bill Mitchell; her two sons, Richard Harbaugh III and his fiancée, Samantha Remington, and Nicholas Harbaugh, who were the pride of her life; her brother, Daniel Hawbaker III and his wife, Chris; her sister, Traci Creager and her husband, Dave; her aunt, Gloria Ends; her uncles, Daniel Drury Jr., Richard Drury and his wife, Petra, and Michael Dawson; many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly; and her former husband, Rick Harbaugh

She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Hawbaker Jr., grandparents, Daniel Drury, Sr. and Betty Drury; and her aunt, Rita Dawson.

Family and friends will be received from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD, where memories will be shared and her life lovingly remembered.
