KIM D. MARQUIS, 50, of Hagerstown, Maryland, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at her home. Born December 10, 1959 in Winchester, Virginia, she was the daughter of Kay Frances Pugh Beatty of Hagerstown, and the late William (Bill) Carl Beatty. She attended Bible Brethren Church. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother who raised and home schooled her four children. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Marquis; one daughter, Sarah Marquis of Hagerstown; three sons, Brock Marquis of Martinsburg, West Virginia, and Jacob Marquis and Austin Marquis, both of Hagerstown; two brothers, Jeff Beatty of Hagerstown, and Mike Beatty of Winchester, Virginia; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Todd Beatty. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a. m. Saturday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown. Pastor J. Paul Reno will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6 to 8 p. m.
