KELLY LEE PITSNOGLE, 51, of Boonsboro, Maryland, died on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at his home. Born June 16, 1961, in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of the late Roy Franklin and Joan Marie Reed Pitsnogle. He was an electrician by trade. He loved fishing and hunting. He is survived by his wife, Rea Pitsnogle of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; one daughter, Tabitha Pitsnogle of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania; one son, Jason Pitsnogle of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; and one brother, Doug Pitsnogle of Hagerstown. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
