Kelly Ann Harris, 43, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Monday, February 7, 2022. Born April 12, 1978 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of Roger and Debra Harris. Kelly graduated from Hedgesville High School, and worked at the Hampton Inn in Frederick, MD as a bartender. She loved spending time at the beach. She was a free spirit and had a heart of gold. Her most precious gift of all was her daughter, Pepper Capri Osborne, the love of her life. In addition to her parents, Kelly is survived by her daughter, Pepper Capri Osborne; one brother, Kevin Harris; one niece, Alexis Baugh (husband, Nick); two nephews, Bryce and Trey Harris; the father of her child, Shawn Osborne; her best friend, Nikki Carbaugh and many other friends. Kelly is joined in Heaven now by her grandmother, Anna Hurd; two grandfathers, Howard Hurd and Joseph Harris; and one uncle, Jack Gordon. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
