Keith Richard Henson, 67, of Hagerstown Maryland, passed away on January 25th, 2026.

Keith was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather whose life centered around family, loyalty, and the simple joys. He was a passionate sports fan and could often be found cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, Washington Wizards, and the Maryland Terrapins. His happiest moments were spent with those he loved. He enjoyed family gatherings, camping trips, concerts, beach trips, traveling, playing basketball and a round of golf, and backyard cookouts filled with laughter, good food, and a cold beer.

Keith is survived by his devoted wife, Janet Henson; his daughter Alex Henson; stepchildren, Eric Piper and (wife) Karma and Josh Piper; and his cherished grandchildren, Mason, Bristol, Trey, Landon and Skylar. He is also survived by his siblings, Debra Henson, Teresa Barnes, and John Henson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Mary Henson, and his siblings Donald Henson, Jr., Robert Henson, and Cynthia Conn.

Keith will be remembered for his steady presence, his love for his family, and his willingness to help so many. He was always cheerful, smiling, positive and bright. He lived and loved life to the fullest. He brought warmth and light to every gathering. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the memories he leaves behind.

The funeral will be held at 11am on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Larry Diggs will officiate. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 6:00-8:00pm. Please come dressed in sports attire, concert t-shirts, or anything casual that may represent who he was and what he loved.
