Keely Juska DeSantis, 62, of Westernport, MD, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023. She was born on October 10, 1960 to Edward Juska and Charlotte Burnett Juska.

Keely liked to do things her own way. She loved karaoke and was the life of the party everywhere she went.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Smith, her stepfather, Walter Smith Sr., her first husband, Donald DeSantis, her daughter, Jamie Douglass, her son, Justin Douglass, her sisters, Cynthia Campbell and Eileen Smith, and her brother, Walter Smith Jr.

Keely is survived by her loving husband, Scott Buckholtz and their furbaby, Mocha, her daughter, Dawn Lestaevel and her husband, Pierre, her grandchildren, Derek Newton, Zaniya Lestaevel, and Christian Lestaevel, her father, Edward Juska, her sister, Stacy Blye and her husband, Tim, her brother, Stephen Smith, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Family and friends are welcomed for a visitation on Friday, February 3, 2023 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard in Hagerstown.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 11:00am at the funeral home.

Interment will take place at Rose Hill Cemetery in Hagerstown.
